Unbranded vintage ceramic infant/baby girl with tiny angel wings behind neck.    She is hand painted and has blue eyes.  
It looks like bisque porcelain but I am not positive about that.  The body has a very slight sheen to the finish; the hand- painted parts (hair, eyes, lips and blush) have a matte finish.
