Vintage Weck New York Stainless Steel Kitchen Chefs Utility Knife
* Blade is 9 long; knife is about 14 long in total.
* Says WECK New York Stainless on the blade.
* The handle is made of an old-school, hard yellow tan plastic with a sort of art deco design of swooping vertical lines and squares.
* In good pre-owned condition. The handle has a line of discoloration where the two halves meet. The blade has scuffs and the edge had some wavy and worn spots where it has been aggressively sharpened. Please check out the pics.
