Vintage Silver Plate Victorian Ice Bucket Beverage Keeper

I believe this to be from Sheridan Silversmiths in Massachusetts, as I have other pieces from this estate that are Sheridan but there are no markings on this one. Which also leads me to think there was a base it sat on at one time.

I have not tried cleaning or polishing as some prefer the patina or to polish it themselves.
