Vintage Newport 3014 Baseball Catchers Mitt RHT Cowhide 32 Baseball glove. Measures 32 . Top grain cowhide. RHT left handed glove for a right handed thrower. In good preowned condition. Slight wear from age and use. Please see photos.

A bit about the maker and style:

This Hand formed custom built pro style pocket is an adult sized catcher’s mitt. The one-piece stitched tunnel/barrel web pocket design on this glove was common from the 1950’s until it was replaced by the woven leather strip design in the mid 1960’s. Previous owner’s initials (R. R. A.) in the sleeve of the mitt behind the wrist strap in faded sharpie.
