Vintage MCM Chrome Thermos Ice Bucket Wine Cooler Model #1969

This is a beautiful, vintage chrome, Art Deco, ice bucket! It is made of heavy chrome with double, beige bakelite handles and a matching beige bakelite finial on the lid. The bottom of the ice bucket is clearly marked: The American Thermos Bottle Co., The Only Thermos, Model No. 1969, Made in U.S.A., Norwich, Conn., U.S.A. This good looking, durable, ice bucket works well with almost any cocktail ware. There is light scuffing and some wear consistent with age, but overall, this 1940s ice bucket is in very good condition. This stylish, Thermos ice bucket is perfect to collect, display, use, or give as a very special gift!
