This is an etched daisy decanter and three cordial glasses set. There are air bubbles in the glass. There is a tiny flea bite chip on the rim of one of the glasses. It is so small I had a hard time taking a photo of it.
The decanter is 14.25 in height including the stopper and 4.5 in diameter at its widest point. The glasses are 8 in height and 2.5 in diameter at the base.
