No mirror, but I don't see where it would go bc of the elastic on the top. There is some faint powder residue inside and what appears to be (glue?) around some parts of trim. I wasn't sure of the type of cleaner, so I'll leave that to the buyer. Very cute for yourself or in a store front suggesting travel.
