For your consideration is this vintage dinner platter produced by Marshall-Barns under the brand Marcrest during the 1960s. This pattern, titled Swiss Alpine or Swiss Chalet , is adorned with blue and green leaves and small blue flowers in a circular pattern. The edge is the same hue blue as the flowers. The dish measures 13.69 inches long x 10 inches wide x 0.8 inches high. The bottom is marked and reads Hand Decorated / MADE IN AMERICA / (Eagle Symbol) / OVEN PROOF / DETERGENT PROOF * UNDERGLAZED . This piece does have quite a few surface abrasions from previous use, but still lovely nonetheless. A lovely piece to add to your tablescape.
