This is a drop leg panel made by High Speed Gear, an equipment manufacturer in the United States.
It is unused.

It has a laser-cut 4x4 row MOLLE slit and a neoprene pad is incorporated.

The belt that wraps around the leg is made of elastic rubber fabric, and the back of the belt contains rubber material to prevent the panel from slipping.

I purchased this while experimenting with various pouches for photo shoots, but it didn't suit my needs, so I'm listing it for sale.
