Here is a 2003 Tomy Oliver, an engine exclusive to European countries such as: UK, AUS, and Japan. He has been tested and he does run (and a bit of a loud motor but he still runs pretty well!). His eyebrow is a little scraped but that’s the only little issue. Great for collectors and I hope to give this a good new home! :)
