Star Saga: One - Beyond the Boundary for Apple IIgs. Developed in 1988 by MasterPlay. Comes in the original box. Includes many booklets, several maps, and one floppy disk.

I have compared the contents to the list of contents on the back of the box, and believe it to be complete. The maps have a few handwritten notations on them, and the box shows some storage wear.
