I am not responsible for melted wax during shipment. If you live in a hot climate wax CAN become pliable. If bars are warm upon receiving place in an undisturbed area to harden for 12-24 hrs. Please follow the tracking so you know when to expect your order.

⭐️ Scentsy Tip:
Do not add new cubes to existing wax. By doing so you’re diluting the scent. Start over with fresh wax.

⭐️ For easy removal of old wax:
Place 2-3 cotton balls into warmed wax.
Place saturated cotton balls onto a paper towel and discard.
