This was a Christmas gift. *All proceeds will go back to the gifter* Basically new without tags. Literally only used for a couple weeks and it just wasn’t for me. My kids thought it was a toy and my cats hunted it or were terrified of it. Works great though! I have not even used the mop feature. It come with a remote but can also be used with an app on your phone or with Alexa devices.
