Includes everything shown. Note that the dining room table is crooked. It may be fixable but I didn't want to try and force it. Bedroom set has the twin bed and dresser. Mirror on the dresser is chipped in the corner. Living Room includes couch, hutch and radio. Couch is missing one leg.
