RARE vintage red bicycle reflector with original bracket complete unbranded over seas item maybe

Honestly I forgot where this came from no stamps that I know off I have played with actual overseas bicycles so maybe it came off one of those. I can't find this thing anywhere kept it cuz it was cool. Maybe vintage BMX cruiser rat rod stingray style cruiser fat tire

ANY HELP IDENTIFYING WOULD BE MUCH APPRECIATED

Either way cool vintage piece 1980s minimally of not older
