This is a 1997 sanrio Pochacco 3 ring binder , Item is in good condition , it has 2 small tears in the material as pictured one on the bottom near the fold by the center and a smaller one on the top , it has vintage sanrio stickers on it also which add to the nostalgia I guess , I see this going for around 90ish on eBay so I'll be fair with the price.
