This listing is for the outfit only. The top is machine embroidered and made with stretchy elastics to fit any stuffed animal. The straps are made of ribbon to tie back behind the neck.
The skirt is made with poly cotton fabric and elastics! It is lined with lolita white lace and topped with a matching bow!
