The New-Housekeeping Set. The Tudor Seal-Brite Chest: 16 x11 x3
Chest has signs of wear, scratches, scuffing, small crack, etc. Cutlery is in average vintage condition with overall etching, scuffs, light scratches and some tarnishing. Could use a good polishing! Don't know how many pieces the original set consisted of or if anything is missing but as it is this set is perfect for an 8-person place setting.
The Oneida Community was established in 1848 in Oneida, New York–not to manufacture silverware, but as a “small group of Christian Perfectionists” who lived in a commune. They were sometimes called ‘Bible Communists’.
