I have a duplicate of this item, as I received the same one as a gift from my mother, so I'm looking to pass it on to someone.

It's a cushion from the Afternoon Tea and Natalie Lete collaboration. I bought it but never took it out of the bag and have kept it at home. I'm looking to give it to someone.
