JISULIFE Portable Neck Fan, Bladeless Twin Turbine Fan, Rechargeable Battery!

Never used this, it was a gift but ended up not liking it and completely forgot to return it :((
This is completely new! Only opened to see it and test it!

The box does have small dents but i believe that was caused by moving, The bag it comes in is a bit ripped from putting the item back in its bag!
