This is a hand blown ruffled edged blue mother of pearl diamond quilt vase by Mount Washington glass company. There is discoloration to the inside of the vase that I could not get out and a black mark on the rim. Both are pictured.
It is 8.5 in height and 5 in diameter at its widest point.
