This is the Mega Bloks Kamen Rider 555 (Faiz) Battle Set by Bandai.

This was something I received as a gift when I was in elementary school. The box seems to be opened, but the contents appear to be unopened.

I haven't counted the number of pieces, but as you can see in the photos, I was able to assemble it. I'm unsure if all parts are included, and there might be some extra parts as well.
