Meadow Mountain Designs of Maine pewter International Arlington Racecourse horse paperweight. Measures approximately 1.5 tall and 4.5 long. The interior silver plate that holds the horses is not secured so it moves slightly back and forth if you tilt the paperweight. Not sure if that was how it was made or if it used to be attached somehow.
