Really awesome piece. This was loved and taken very well care of by someone! This is clean inside and out. No frays. The colors are sharp. The design is absolutely sick. Tie strings are perfect. No tags. Looks like it never had tags. It's not stretched. Measurements in pic to help size it. It is not tight on mannequin. This has quality material. I think it is like new. Buy, no tags is good.
