No holes, stains, rips, tears, or pulls. A little wrinkly from storage but a wash or steam should fix that. Soft, comfortable and machine washable! Crushed velvet bodice cap sleeves and ruffled off the shoulder collar with foil detail. Front has organza peplum with gold foil detail and red ribbon roses on front half. Yellow organza over skirt with gold trim and yellow china silk underskirt. Could fit a 14 or adult XS extra small as bodice is stretchy. Could fit small adults and teens.
