This lamp revolves but it’s stuck it also talks and Betty answers the phone when it rings. I never use it as I had no place to put it in my room. Don’t know why is not revolving but it used to when I put it away. It’s the material inside that is stuck and I’m sure it could be fix it has instructions but I can’t do it myself. It lights on top and bottom with switch and another switch to make it talk. Very pretty for a BB collector like me, selling all my BB collection. Due that I’m old and have many issues with my health. No longer made!! Box has some shelf wear but mostly good!!
