HDPE Juice Groove Jig. Comes ready to go straight out of the box.

*FYI- You do not need a bench with holes to clamp the jig down, it can be clamped to any surface.

-Each jig can expand up to an internal size of 27x19” & fully adjusts all the way down to 17x9”

-Each kit comes with an extra piece of HDPE that you can use to cut spacers for your specific router/s

-You can also use a clamping system with holes if you have it.

****Juice groove tips.
-Clamp the jig down on all 4 sides if possible to avoid any chance of movement
-Practise on some scrap material before moving onto your workpiece.
-Take multiple shallow passes to avoid the router wanting to grip and pull****
