This is a ballistic helmet and ZTAC ComTac 3.
The helmet has a textured surface that has been recreated, and I believe it is in a clean condition with no scratches, etc.
The ComTac functions without any issues.
The helmet cover is in Multicam.
The NVG mount is made of plastic.
There is a counterweight pouch included.
The strobe marker lights up in green.
