This is the cutest Wizard of Oz Dorothy costume and was never worn! Package was open. This is a girls sz M (sz 8-10) for 5-7 years. Measures 27” long from top of shoulder to bottom of dress and 13.5” across from underarm to underarm.

This comes with the dress, hair ribbons and I have added a brand new with tag Toto dog and basket (Doesn’t look like the cheapo ones!)
