This is a cedar disc golf caddy. Bought it for hauling around my disc golf bag. It has an adjustable arm for pulling the caddy and can fold up and fit inside the back of a Toyota Camry. It also has some straps to contain the disc golf bag. This caddy is made by someone in SWGA. Beautiful wood and sturdy build.
