Decent condition, does have a few issues. Part of the stadium lip was broken and glued back on. Most of the flags are a little messed up, either worn off or spun or missing the flag on the pole. There is one tree missing. There are two knicks on the side of the base plate. Missing the top lid as well. Other than that everything is good, I don’t see any other issues!

Could easily be repaired with (e.g.) a 3d pen, some spare modeling parts, a bit of paint, or other methods
