This custom made scarecrow costume is made from tulle, ribbon, flowers and leaves, and a custom hat covered with burlap. It is in like new condition as my daughter wore it briefly for Halloween. I have included a picture of her in it as well. Will fit up to a slim 3 year old. I make these so inquire if you have any questions.
