Looking like a flower floating in water, this creative paperweight is a white ribbon in a deep blue base. I
t is gorgeous & a great addition to any decor in a practical way!
It has seen some time, & expected use is evident on the bottom, as well as on one side, where there are some tiny surface scratches into the base.
They are barely visible & I had to use my lights to find them.
Even with that, it remains gorgeous, & ready to work.
