Overview: Up for sale is an incredible and piece of outsider art by Palm Beach, Florida artist, Alfonso DeVito, an eccentric artist who painted on any available surface. This piece (as well as the other paintings I have by this artist) all came out of the artist's estate. It depicts a floral atrium scene, executed in a bold, expressionist style. The painting is signed on verso and titled, though the title is obscured (seems to read, The Key ). Painting is unframed. Condition: The painting is in fair condition. Canvas has lifted somewhat off the right portion of the board. There is some moderate bowing/waviness of the left side of the board. Evidence of water damage on back of board as well as portion of the lamination on back removed, obscuring title, signature, etc.

Measurements: Painting measures 18 inches high x 14 inches wide.
