Brand new. Factory sealed with hangtab. Seal is clean with no major tears or sales sticker markings. Box does show signs of shelf wear. Seal does have line of small punctures as seen in pictures which is common on sealed Atari games. Jaguar boxes are known to be flimsy so there are some bends and creases.
