21 of the candles have been used (burnt) minimally. Wicks are still present but they may have some wear. 6 numbers are still new in package. Everybody’s perception of condition is so please refer to pictures of the item for they are a large part of the description. Please zoom in on all pictures and see for yourself. Colors may vary due to lighting and screen settings.

Most items are shipped with reused/recycled material. The package might not be pretty but it’s helping the environment which is a win for everyone.
