This is a beautifully handcrafted dress with gold trim and riveted jewels. I envision this dress being used for an ethnic party, a play, a day of the dead costume, a groovy costume, or a educational event featuring international countries. I provided the measurements in the photos as it is handmade, and there are no tags it is made very well with darted brass a slitted frontand a beautifully installed zipper.
