Beautiful Vintage 5 Inch Metal Basket For Storage, Display, Jewelry, Etc.

I do not know what type of metal it is. It has no identifying marks that I can find.

There's some kind of rusty residue on the inside. Someone who knows metal restoration may be able to remove them and restore the area. Even if you don't, this basket will look incredible with a small cloth or pillow in the bottom to help display your precious items.

There are some tarnished areas on the outside (I was able to remove most of them with soap and water) and some water spots(?).
