This beautiful retired Baccarat lead crystal figurine/ paperweight has been made in the form of a stylized box turtle. The piece has a wonderful chunky appearance with four thick rectangular feet and a rounded shell featuring well defined rectangular and triangular segments. The turtle's head and neck extend out from the shell and are turned at a slight angle, providing a visual contrast with the linear motif found on the rest of the piece.

The turtle is in excellent condition and bears the acid etched Baccarat stamp.
