Up for sale I have this Babylon 5 B5 CCG 1998 Precedence When Duty Calls Card Signed by Richard Biggs.
Rick signed the card in Silver Paint Pen.
Card is in MINT/NM Condition.
Card comes with acid free sleeve and Top Loader.

Rick sadly died in 2004 and his autograph is getting harder to find.
