Brand new sealed Avril Lavigne let go urban outfitters exclusive splatter vinyl. As seen in the photos there is some tearing to the shrink wrap and some shelf wear to the sleeve, but it is not fully open and the vinyls have never been removed. (Last photo is stock photo to show the color)
