This gorgeous grapevine wreath will look amazing on your front door for the entire fall season. I used the design in the mason jar shaped woodensign to create this sweet wreath. It starts with a cluster of pumpkins and then cascading fall leaves, greenery, berries and pinecones. I added an elegant bow made of orange velvet ribbon. That same ribbon is the hanger.
