this headset is complete besides the base or stand.I do not have the box it came in either. you do not need the charging base to update the firmware for this model or to charge the headset. I have already updated the headset and is ready go use. everything you see is for the headset and it works 100%. I'm only selling this set so I can get a xbox myself since my old messed up.
