The mixamp pro works like new and is in very good condition looks like new just some dust you could wipe of easily, works with any headset and gives you a big advantage over your opponents when gaming it features surround sound and stereo sound and you also have to adjust some setting in your xbox or pc settings for it to work and its very easy takes about 1 minute and its easy to apply and remove from the xbox one
