This porcelain doll collection is a collaboration of Porcelain doll artist, Phyllis Parkins, of Ashton-Drake Galleries, and Cherished Teddies creator, Priscilla Hillman. “Everything is Coming Up Roses” issue of this doll is 1999. Rosie has a fine Bisque Porcelain head, arms, & legs with a stuffed cloth body. She has beautiful blue eyes with “real-looking” eyelashes and pretty curly blonde hair.
