Pre-owned. It had been professionally framed since 1983. Removed from frame to get it out of acid framing materials. Art is well taped to underside of mat board. Left intact because I didn't want to damage it. Needs to be removed from acidic mat board & reframed with acid-free materials. Paper is discolored from acid, but it still looks lovely if you kept new matting the same size to hide discoloration. Price reflects condition.
