This is a Rival Ice-O-Mat Ice Crusher Vogue Model made in the 1950's.
Top half is Chrome and the bottom Ice catcher is black plastic. It's 9 Tall and 4 1/2 wide not including the handle.  On the left side is a 3 setting lever. It can be set for Fine, Medium or Course crushed ices.
