This is The World Map by Liberty Puzzles, a high-end wooden jigsaw puzzle maker in the United States. They release many new designs every year. Their puzzles are recognizable by the blue box with an eagle logo.

I bought this one 3-4 years ago, and it's still available on Liberty Puzzles' website for 235.00 USD. That's about 36,700 yen in Japanese currency. Shipping cost me over 5,000 yen.

This is one of several puzzles I've purchased from them. It's thick and heavy when you hold the box. It's made of wood.

I'm impressed by how the famous landmarks and regions of the world are represented in the artwork and the shapes of the pieces.

It has 1,017 pieces.
The finished size is approximately 46.4 cm x 60.4 cm (converted from inches).

The puzzle is quite challenging, but it's very enjoyable.
