Recommend 8+ years old, this is a brand new, unopened and mint in box set #75551, LEGOS, MINIONS KEVIN & BOB in the Rise of the Gru. Each one stands about 6 tall when completed.
I put together the identical set and enjoyed it immensely being a Minions fan. See the last 5 photos of the ones I finished.
Each character opens up in the back to reveal their inner control centers and mechanical workings. The set also includes the miniture Lego figures; KEVIN, STUART, and BOB.
