Ivory color ( but closer to white, just not stark white)
Remote turns them in and off, dims or brightens or changes flicker pattern.
Has a wax feel on the outside so these feel real and not plastic.
Takes 2 AAA batteries each - all batteries are included.
We used outdoors in 95 degrees with no issues.
